While working for his father's plumbing company, Sean learned early on that "shortcuts hinder quality and providing a quality job is all that matters". This standard led his career and in 1997, the beginning of Southeastern Facility Maintenance.
As a licensed general contractor, facility maintenance professional and certified HVAC technician, Sean epitomizes versatility and expertise in his field. Known as the "go-to-guy", to both his clients and employees, for the loyalty, mentorship and solutions he provides to both.
Sean's philosophy..."We share knowledge, troubleshoot, and develop better solutions together. We as a team are passionate about our quality, fair and loyal to our customers.
